What You'll Be Doing
- Partner with the Plant Manager to lead safe, efficient, and reliable cement plant operations.
- Drive operational excellence by coordinating production, maintenance, and quality activities.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance safety, productivity, and cost performance.
- Lead, coach, and engage teams to build skills, accountability, and collaboration.
- Ensure compliance with environmental, safety, and regulatory standards while promoting a strong safety culture.
What Are We Looking For
- Demonstrated capability to lead operations in a heavy industrial or manufacturing environment.
- Strong working knowledge of cement manufacturing processes, equipment, and maintenance practices.
- Proven ability to lead people, influence outcomes, and work collaboratively across functions.
- Sound judgment with the ability to analyze data, solve problems, and drive results.
- Commitment to safety, operational discipline, and continuous improvement.
Work Environment This role is based in an active cement manufacturing facility. Work involves regular presence in industrial environments with exposure to noise, dust, heat, and moving equipment. The position requires the ability to navigate uneven surfaces, climb stairs and ladders, and support both office-based and field-based activities.
