The Asset & Archives team is responsible for managing, preserving and supplying the company’s recorded legacy. We care for a vast collection of commercial and archival assets - both physical and digital - ensuring they are accurately stored, catalogued and accessible.
The Role
You will be a key member of the team, responsible for managing and supplying assets to partners worldwide. You will field incoming requests from manufacturing, licensing, labels and external clients, ensuring accurate asset delivery through internal supply-chain systems. A significant part of the role involves researching and locating analogue assets, arranging their digitisation and capturing detailed metadata to ensure long-term accessibility. Please note this role may include physical activity such as lifting and movement of objects.
Key Responsibilities
Process and fulfil incoming asset requests from across the business
Research, identify and co-ordinate digitisation of physical assets
Perform accurate metadata entry and reporting
Technical conversion and preparation of deliverable assets
Skills and Experience Required:
Must Have
Strong IT skills, proficient with both Windows & MacOS
Ability to accurately manage large volumes of requests in a fast-paced working environment
A broad knowledge and interest in music across a wide variety of eras and formats
Ability to quickly develop the processes required to meet developing archive priorities
Nice to Have
Previous experience in an order fulfilment role and/or supply chain
Proficient in the use of digital audio workstations (DAWs)
Knowledge of commercial audio, video and graphic formats
Experience using AirTable or other project management tools
