Partner with the best

As an Assembly, Maintenance and Overhaul Production Control, you will be responsible for:

  • Participating in HSE programs as assigned.

  • Keeping work areas of the facility in a safe, clean and organized manner at all times in accordance too with 6S Checklist.

  • Facilitating and leading AMO process development and continuous improvement.

  • Performing data analysis of KPI’s to drive standardization and continuous improvement.

  • Facilitating sharing of best practices across sites and leverages these for standardization.

  • Identifying cost-out opportunities and elevate to lead/supervisor/manager for review/implementation.

  • Overseeing to ensure inspection records, inspection logs, calibration of Equipment.

  • Working with Baker Hughes management system databases and systems (AMO Work Center, eProcedures, SAP, BHOS, etc.).

  • Monitoring the execution of the Manage the Maintenance Cycle QC activities, both “In-Process” and “Final QC”.

  • Participating in quality audits, material review boards, kaizens or root cause analysis.

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have a technical degree or higher

  • Have 0-2 years of experience in production & service environment

  • Have relevant Industry experience with excellent mechanical aptitude.

  • Be able to show good problem-solving and analytical skills.

  • Have basic computer skills.

  • Be a good team player and display good communication skills.

  • Have Lean Six Sigma experience (preferred)
