Job Description

We are currently recruiting for:

Position: Assembler
Location: St Albans
Job Type: Zero Hour

What you’ll do

As a Trek Assembler, your days will be varied, hands‑on, and rewarding. You’ll play a key role in caring for bikes so their riders can enjoy every moment on them. You’ll assemble new bikes for our retail stores, ensure each one is built to our high standards, manage build schedules, and carry out quality checks.

You’ll also support good inventory practices, so the wider team has the information they need. If you enjoy practical work, solving problems, and seeing the impact of your efforts, this could be a wonderful fit.

• A warm, friendly manner with great listening skills and a genuine passion for helping others—even on busy days
• Clear communication skills
• Great attention to detail and a love for figuring things out with your hands
• An eagerness to learn how bicycles work and how to service them
• A desire to keep growing your skills and stay up to date with new technologies
• Openness to learning our Point of Sale practices related to bike building
• A willingness to work closely with Service Managers to maintain consistent, high‑quality builds
• Confidence in organising your day and completing tasks efficiently
