Goal of the position:
Achieve the retention, permanence and conclusion of studies of the student online through attention and academic monitoring.
Responsibilities of the position (activities and responsibilities):
- Contact with the student online to provide support and advice on the proper management of their study platform in order to enter their induction course and first subject.
- Follow-up to delivery of complete and correct documents of students online.
- Management of delivery of the weekly activities of students in the first subject.
- Provide tools to students to achieve the approval of their first subject, highlighting the variables that impact their qualification of activities such as the rubric and instructions.
- Provide retention options to students in order to complete their studies.
