To continue our growth we are looking to appoint an Area Manager dedicated to the Spanish market. 

 

Your role  

As Area Manager, you will be responsible for the sales and market share growth of existing and new products in Spain 

In this role, you will work alongside the product team and other Area Managers for market insight and ramp-up of product range launch.  
 

Your key responsibilities will be to 

  • Execute sales strategies for Spanish market, in line with global objectives 

  • Manage customers’ relationship and frequency of contact 

  • Analyze sales figures and market data regularly and communicate/react accordingly 

  • Adopt a Key Account Manager (KAM) approach to selected high-potential customers and develop a specific partnership strategy with these accounts 

  • Organize, plan and execute sales and training seminars in line with our sales strategy 

  • Ensure customer visit results, future objectives etc. are recorded within our CRM (we use Salesforce) 

  • Constantly seek new opportunities/new contacts to grow the business 

 

About you 

To be successful in this role, it is not necessary to come from a prosthetics background, but you will need to demonstrate great interest in our sector as well as curiosity towards our products and clients. 

We’d like you to have 

  • A minimum of 3 years’ sales experience with a hands-on mentality, ideally in a medical-related sector 

  • The ability to work independently (we have an office in Madrid but most of the time you’ll be on the road for clients’ visits or working remotely) 

  • Experience using common software such as Salesforce, Microsoft CRM Dynamics and Microsoft Office. 

  • A good level of English (spoken and written) - Min B2

  • Creative and able to think outside the box to find solutions to various problems 

  • Analytical, persuasive and a great communicator
