How Your Role Will Shape Our Success
As an entry-level Architectural Engineer, you’ll support the design, evaluation, and performance of building systems across a wide range of projects. You’ll help our team understand how buildings are put together, how they perform, and how we can make them better. From assisting with assessments of existing structures to supporting design tasks on new construction, you’ll play a key role in ensuring that our projects are durable, efficient, and well-coordinated.
Working closely with senior engineers and architects, you’ll gain hands-on experience in areas such as building enclosure performance, material behavior, waterproofing concepts, structural interactions, and construction practices. This role is designed to help you learn, grow, and gradually take on more responsibility while contributing meaningfully to projects from day one.
