Exigences :
- Détenir un diplôme de maîtrise en sciences des aliments ou dans un domaine connexe.
- Posséder une expérience pertinente dans le champ d’enseignement visé.
- Une expérience récente en enseignement universitaire constitue un atout.
- Être bilingue (français et anglais), tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit.
Nature du travail :
La personne retenue sera appelée à :
- Encadrer les étudiantes et étudiants, offrir un mentorat individualisé et les accompagner dans la conception et le développement de produits alimentaires.
- Mettre à profit son expertise pour la formulation de nouveaux produits, la réalisation d’évaluations sensorielles, l’assurance de la qualité et l’élaboration de stratégies de mise en marché efficaces.
- Contribuer activement à la formation pratique et théorique, en favorisant l’innovation et l’excellence académique.
Mode d’enseignement : Cours combiné co-enseigné en présentiel – Campus Lees.
