Purpose of Job:
Support IBSA with functions through the use of various types of software. Performs Tier II level troubleshooting on moderately to highly complex applications issues/problems for IBSA partners. This role is responsible for participating in the design, delivery, and improvement of legacy/custom applications.
Job Components

- Provides client support via telephone and e-mail
- Listens, comprehends and communicates effectively and timely with IBSA partners
- Contributes to process improvement with a focus on streamlining processes, adding value to our business, and meeting our partners needs
- Ability to plan and prioritize workload to meet deadlines
- Plans and tracks the status on several assignments and/or projects at once
- Ability to adjust to constant business change
- Documents and reviews solutions to common problems
- Needs the ability to respond to frequently asked questions
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- College degree in computer-related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum 2 year experience with technical customer service or help desk
- Minimum 1 year experience with knowledge base management
- 2-4 years of support experience for an ERP, WMS, SalesForce, and/or .Net system preferred
- 2-4 years of support experience for integrations between systems preferred
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to effectively communicate verbally and written
- Extensive experience in examining, investigating and solving dynamic problems
- Ability to manage support for 6+ applications
- Proficiency in data manipulation and analysis using PL/SQL and/or SQL in an Oracle or SQL environment
- Excellent organizational and the ability to interact with team members and partners at all
- levels in our organization are essential
- Highly self-motivated and independent
- Well-organized with the ability to multi-task and work with minimal supervision
- A working knowledge of the system development life cycle (SDLC) and general application support standards
- Work effectively in team environment or alone
- Performs a wide variety of tasks
- Nice to have: Purchase Order, sales order and supply chain experience

Work Environment:
- Ability to sustain posture in a seated position for prolonged periods of time
- Regularly required to use hands to grasp or handle, and talk and hear
- Specific vision abilities include close vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus
- Ability to occasionally lift and/or move 20+ lbs.
