Launch your commercial property career with JLL's leading Tenant Representation team! We're seeking a bright, analytical graduate to join our dynamic team and gain hands-on experience across all aspects of commercial leasing advisory.
What You'll Do:
Support high-profile client relationships through market research, financial analysis, and transaction execution
Attend client meetings and provide critical analytical support to senior team members
Develop compelling new business proposals, presentations, and financial models including cash flow projections and lease comparisons
Create and maintain at least 2 new case studies per quarter to build our digital library with verified data and standardised formatting
Conduct comprehensive market research to support pitches and brokerage opportunities across Australia
Prepare high-quality reports, benchmarking studies, and market commentary to professional standards
Maintain accurate client records and transaction details in MarketLink database
What We're Looking For:
Recent Property or related degree graduate with strong academic performance
Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to develop financial models in Excel
Outstanding attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client and stakeholder interaction
Self-starter mentality with initiative to identify business improvement opportunities
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Publisher)
Strong organisational skills and ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively
