About the Department


The Transfer Agent Oversight & Operations Support team safeguards Franklin Templeton’s funds by overseeing outsourced transfer agent vendors and ensuring regulatory, prospectus, and policy compliance. The team works cross-functionally with internal partners and vendors to manage risk, resolve escalations, and support operational stability. Employees gain exposure to complex fund operations, senior stakeholders, and meaningful decision-making that directly protects clients and the firm.

How you will add value:

We expect the annual salary for this position to range between $60,000.00 - $76,000.00, depending on location and level of relevant experience, plus discretionary bonus.
