Job Summary:

Acrisure is seeking an Analyst, Corporate Real Estate Data & Systems to join our team in Grand Rapids, MI, or alternatively Charlotte, NC.

The Analyst, CRE Data & Systems is the technical and analytical engine of Acrisure’s Corporate Real Estate & Workplace department. This role serves as the global administrator for our real estate software platform, ensuring data integrity across the entire real estate lifecycle. This individual acts as a strategic bridge, interfacing with IT and Finance Systems to align workplace data with enterprise standards while using expert Excel modeling to drive portfolio optimization, decision making, and facility spend management.

Responsibilities:

  • CRE System Administration: Serve as the "Super User" and architect for the CRE Software Platform, managing user permissions, workflow configurations, and data governance across the Lease, Project, Space, and Maintenance modules.
  • Cross-Functional Liaison: Act as the primary CREW point of contact for IT regarding system integrations and security, and for Finance Systems to ensure lease and spend data align with corporate financial reporting.
  • Lease & Project Oversight: Maintain the global "System of Record" in support of internal and external lease administration, project, leasing, and facility teams (the users of the system).
  • Advanced Analytics & Reporting: Synthesize complex datasets from CRE software, HR, and Finance into sophisticated Excel models for "what-if" lease or occupancy scenarios, status reporting, and total cost of occupancy (TCO) forecasting.
  • Spatial & Occupancy Intelligence: Support the management of digital floor plans and seating data. Analyze occupancy metrics (e.g., badge data or sensors) to provide "right-sizing" recommendations and optimize office utilization.
  • Facility Spend Management: Collate and analyze facilities maintenance (FM) spend to identify cost-saving opportunities, track budget vs. actuals, and evaluate vendor performance.
  • KPI Development: Build and maintain executive-level dashboards tracking CREW performance metrics, including cost per seat, square feet per seat, project variance, and leasing outcomes.

Requirements

Required Qualifications

  • Excel Mastery: Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to use Power Query, Pivot Tables, and build automated, complex financial/operational models.
  • Data Synthesis: Demonstrated ability to collate disparate data from multiple systems and translate it into clear, actionable business insights.
  • Technical Literacy: Ability to communicate technical requirements effectively to IT and Finance Systems teams.
  • Analytical Mindset: Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify trends, data anomalies, and cost-leakage within a global portfolio.
  • Prioritization: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Problem Solving: Looks at challenges as opportunities, identify root causes through open listening and rigorous analysis, pushes for solution and progress over perfection.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Visual Lease or Tango Expertise: Direct, hands-on experience administering either of these platforms, specifically the Lease Admin, Project, and Space modules.
  • Spatial Experience: Experience in spatial/occupancy planning or facility spend management is highly desirable.
  • Financial Acumen: Familiarity with real estate financial concepts, such as lease accounting (ASC 842) or capital project budgeting.

Education and Experience:

Required Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2–4 years of experience in an analyst role, specifically within corporate real estate, facilities management, or a data-heavy corporate environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced Certification: CoreNet Global MCR or SLCR designations, or technical certifications in Tango, Visual Lease, Workday or AutoCAD.
  • Industry Experience: Previous experience working within a high-growth, entrepreneurial environment like Acrisure.

Candidates should be comfortable with an on-site presence to support collaboration, team leadership, and cross-functional partnership.
