What you’ll do:
- This position will provide technical expertise for the operational support of the client technologies with a focus on enterprise client computing environment (PC operating system, Microsoft 365, mobile devices, client network, client security components, printing, etc.)
- Partnership with regional and global Technical Support teams and Engineering teams on incident troubleshooting, problem investigation & root cause analysis, project execution that includes client related testing, training and documentation.
- Provide training and consultation for the Level 1 help desk agents.
- Cover prime-time (Business) hours from Monday through Friday (local time) and on-call support for urgent situations on non-prime-time hours, weekends and holidays.
- Collaborates with other team members in both engineering and support on related technologies and serves as a subject matter expert within the respective areas.
What we’re looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in an information technology or related experience required
- Highly, collaborative, accountable and results driven individual
- Strong client technical support skills on
- Windows 11 Supporting and Troubleshooting
- Microsoft 365 (Outlook/Exchange, Office Apps, Skype for Business, Teams, OneDrive)
- Client Network (Client VPN Software Support, TCP/IP knowledge including IP Subnet, DNS)
- Security Software (Windows Defender, Cisco AMP, Zscaler, Active Directory)
- Systems Management Software (Intune, Microsoft Configuration Manager, JAMF)
- Printing - Enterprise Network Printer Management and troubleshooting
- Technical support skills on alternative PC capabilities such as mobile devices and tablets (Android and iOS), and MacOS
- PowerShell Scripting experience is a plus
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to communicate appropriately at all levels of the organization; this includes written and verbal communications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
