About The Opportunity

Asegurarse de que las transacciones y pagos de nómina se cumplan con los términos legales de impuestos y contribuciones en materia laboral.

VACANTE TEMPORAL

PERFIL DE PUESTO:

  • Licenciatura o Ingeniería en Contabilidad, Finanzas o cualquier otro campo relacionado con la administración.

  • 1 - 2 años de experiencia laboral relevante.

  • 1 – 3 años de experiencia usando un ERP (se prefiere SAP).

  • Indispensable manejo de Microsoft Excel a nivel intermedio/avanzado.

  • Conocimiento de la Ley IMSS, Ley del Impuesto sobre la Renta notificación de recibos de nómina, cálculo de liquidaciones finales, IDSE, SUA, impuestos estatales.

  • Conocimiento general de nóminas, despidos y cálculos de indemnización.

ACTIVIDADES:

  • Revisar y registrar las transacciones de nóminas de los empleados de cada periodo de pago.

  • Archiva y gestiona los recibos de nómina.

  • Calcula los pagos de terminación y indemnización.

  • Participar y preparar informes para proyectos especiales según sea necesario.

  • Prepara y entrega tarjetas de débito bancarias para los pagos de nómina y tarjetas de cupones de comida al personal de la empresa.

  • Envía avisos de la Seguridad Social (IMSS) (contrataciones, modificaciones salariales y despidos).

  • Proporcionar apoyo en la preparación y presentación del informe anual de grado de riesgo IMSS y del informe anual de salarios y salarios.

  • Administrar la justificación médica IMSS.

  • Proporcionar apoyo en la gestión de los requisitos de las autoridades laborales (IMSS, INFONAVIT), así como la información requerida por auditores externos.

  • Calcula los impuestos sobre la nómina y coordina el pago.

  • Asegurarse de una contabilidad adecuada de la nómina e impuestos relacionados.

  • Atender las solicitudes de los empleados y responder a todas las preguntas sobre nóminas.
