Four Seasons Astir Palace Hotel Athens opened in March 2019 and provides a preferred address for both business and leisure travelers, and the highly personalized, anticipatory service that Four Seasons guests expect and value around the world. The Arion Hotel was built in 1967 and has 106 keys and 61 Bungalows, and the Nafsika opened in 1980 and has 136 keys. Under the same ownership is a large private beach club and marina. Nafsika is open through the year, while Arion and the bungalows operate eight months of the year. Adding to the complement of on-site F&B operations (8 Restaurants and Bars), there are also two third party restaurants on site.

About the Role
At Four Seasons Astir Palace Hotel Athens (ranked No. 17 in the World’s 50 Best Hotels), we are seeking a highly engaged Amenities Attendant to join our In-Room Dining & Amenities team for the Season 2026 (minimum 6 or 7 months contract). Provide professional, timely, and discreet service while ensuring each guest’s in-room experience exceeds expectations.

What You Will Do

  • Deliver and refresh in-room amenities according to room category guidelines.

  • Stock each room and amenity according to management standards.

  • Monitor the quality and expiration dates of all items, replacing as necessary.

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of amenities and service areas.

  • Dust shelves, refresh cups, glasses, and accessories as needed.

  • Anticipate guest needs, respond to requests, and offer suggestions to enhance the experience.

  • Assist with in-room dining orders, private bar replenishment, and F&B deliveries as requested.

  • Support public space F&B stations, including morning coffee service or special occasions.

  • Collaborate closely with housekeeping and other F&B teams to coordinate timely in-room service.

  • Follow all safety, hygiene, and service protocols, including food handling and sanitation regulations.

What You Bring

  • High School Diploma or equivalent experience.

  • Applicants must have European Passport or the legal right to work in Greece.

  • Previous experience in amenities service, in-room dining, or F&B service is an advantage.

  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work discreetly in a fast-paced environment.

  • Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in Greek is an advantage.

  • Food handling and sanitation certification is a plus.

  • Flexibility to work a rotational schedule, including occasional overnight shifts.

Schedule & Hours
Summer Seasonal Job – 5 working days per week, with 2 days off.
Schedule is flexible and may change weekly according to business needs.
