POSITION SUMMARY:

The Ambassador, Slot Operations is responsible for warmly welcoming guests to City of Dreams Manila and explaining our gaming machines product and how to play the gaming machines.

He / She is explains our Players Club programme to our guests, and signs them up as members.

He / She also celebrates wins with the players, and processes payment for large wins, as well as clearing note and ticket jams and refilling tickets.

He / she strives to deliver a quality total venue experience for every guest on each visit.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Represents the company in delivering a special and positively memorable first impression experience for all guests.
  • Promotes Players Club and related benefits.
  • Assists guests in understanding the nature of gaming machines, and the games we offer, and how to play them.
  • Assists with execution of casino promotions.
  • Explains ticket out-ticket in technology.
  • Maintains a clean and safe environment for our guests to enjoy.
  • Communicates with Supervisory and Management regarding opportunities to improve our business and service delivery.
  • Fosters and maintains a harmonious workplace and building a strong sense of teamwork with colleagues.
  • Maintains a positive staff culture both within and across departments that reflects company objectives.
  • The role frequently requires to stand, walk, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl and talk or hear.
  • Meets all appearance guidelines while on duty.
  • These physical demands described are representative of those that must be met by a colleague to successfully perform the essential functions of this position.

  • Accurate processing of payments to guests.
  • Recognition of return visitors and high value guests.
  • Maintaining a clean environment for our guests to enjoy.
  • Attaining an appropriate level of Players Club membership signups.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience

  • Guest service experience a strong advantage Casino experience an advantage but not required

Education

  • Gaming related course and advantage

Skills / Competencies

  • Good Communication skills. Strong command of the Filipino and English language in both oral and written form required.

Others

  • Willingness to learn new skills.
  • Outgoing personality.
  • Amenable to work environment that is usually loud and can be exposed to electrical and other hazards and smoking environment.
