Responsibilities
- Manage daily warehouse operations, including Dispensing, receiving, storing, and dispatching materials.
- Ensure accurate inventory management and stock control processes.
- Collaborate with supply chain and production teams to meet operational needs.
- Maintain compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Support audits and ensure proper documentation of warehouse activities.


Education, Experience and Skills

- Pharm - D is required for this role.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse operations or inventory management.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Basic computer skills, including familiarity with inventory software.
- Commitment to safety and quality standards.
- Experience in a pharmaceutical or manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of lean or continuous improvement methodologies.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems or ERP software.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for contributing to healthcare and improving patient outcomes.
