Role Overview 

We are seeking an experienced Vice President to join the FAIR team and lead a defined portfolio of client engagements across the AMRS region. This role combines client ownership, delivery oversight, strategic execution, and people leadership, with a strong emphasis on driving operational excellence and developing junior talent. 

The successful candidate will serve as a senior leader accountable for the quality, timeliness, and consistency of complex analytical work related to private fund fees and expenses, while acting as a trusted partner to clients and internal stakeholders. This is a hands-on leadership role well suited for someone who has operated at the VP level, led strategic initiatives, and is passionate about building high-performing teams. 

What You’ll Do 

Client Ownership & Delivery Leadership 

  • Own and oversee a book of client engagements across the AMRS region, with accountability for delivery quality, timelines, and client satisfaction 
  • Serve as a senior escalation point for complex analytical, structural, or delivery issues 
  • Ensure consistent application of methodologies across management fee, partnership expense, and carried interest analyses 
  • Communicate complex fund structures and findings clearly and effectively to clients and senior stakeholders 
  • Proactively identify and manage delivery risks, capacity constraints, and dependencies 

Strategic & Operational Leadership 

  • Lead and execute strategic initiatives focused on improving scalability, consistency, risk management, and client experience 
  • Partner with global and cross functional teams to resolve operational challenges and improve end to end delivery 
  • Translate broader business strategy into clear priorities and execution plans for the AMRS portfolio 
  • Monitor key delivery metrics, risks, and themes, providing structured updates to senior leadership 

People Leadership & Talent Development 

  • Lead, coach, and develop managers and junior professionals supporting client delivery 
  • Set clear expectations around quality, accountability, and performance 
  • Actively upskill junior team members through hands on coaching, technical guidance, and structured feedback 
  • Identify high performing talent and support career progression; address performance gaps with clarity and urgency

Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, and benefits including healthcare, leave benefits, and retirement benefits.
