About the Role:
CrowdStrike seeks a HR Business Partner, based in Austin, TX, to support our Inside Sales and Sales Development organization. This role will work closely with their supported business leadership and employee base to provide HR consultation on all people matters, as well as in the implementation of corporate policies related to human resources and design/delivery of organizational and employee development initiatives. As a seasoned HR professional, the incumbent will consult with employees and managers and be a liaison to allied HR functional teams such as Learning & Development, Compensation, Employee Relations, HR Services, and HRIS. This role will support leaders with global organizations, therefore close coordination, program management, and collaboration with in-region HR peers is necessary.
What You'll Do:
Serve as the HR Business Partner and primary HR liaison for the Global Inside Sales and Sales Development organization.
Consult with the business leaders on matters of business transformation/related people impact, change management, and organizational design and effectiveness.
Champion talent management and development plans for the business unit with a focus on enhancing the quality of leaders, building skills and capabilities of the workforce and ensuring succession bench strength.
Leverage key metrics data to analyze organizational health, optimization, diversification, efficiency of operations, and opportunities for improvement.
Drive company-wide programs, initiatives and core HR programs (e.g. ESG-Environmental, Social, Governance, Total Rewards/Merit & Equity Planning, Performance Management, Employee Engagement Survey, Succession Planning/Talent Identification, and promotion of Leadership Development activities.)
Provide coaching and counsel to leadership and manage overall business relationship
Partner closely with Business Operations, Finance, and Talent Acquisition in annual operating plan development and workforce strategy execution.
Utilize AI-enabled tools and data insights to enhance workforce planning, reporting, and process efficiency.
Travel regionally as needed (<10%) for business meetings and sales and marketing events.
Knowledge & Skills:
Demonstrated HR expertise supporting Inside Sales and Sales Development (outbound lead generation) organizations.
Strong business acumen and ability to resolve complex organizational issues in creative and effective ways.
Sound judgment in selecting methods and techniques to achieve results.
Thorough understanding of business priorities, strategy, and direction.
Possess a thorough understanding of business priorities, strategy, and direction.
Ability to build and maintain strong cross-functional working relationships.
Fully developed understanding of the company’s business practices and competitive landscape, with the ability to mentor less-scoped HR roles.
Expert listening skills and the ability to diagnose organizational opportunities using strategic HR influence and partnership with HR functional teams.
Strengths in coaching, influencing, facilitation, presentation, communication, process development, analysis, and problem solving.
Knowledge of compliance and administrative requirements supporting a non-exempt inside sales and sales development organization.
Proficiency with Workday, Google Workspace, Excel, PowerPoint, and HR reporting tools preferred.
Experience using AI tools to support data analysis, workforce insights, or operational efficiency preferred.
This role will be based in Austin, TX and is an individual contributor.
What You'll Need:
BA/BS or equivalent educational background is preferred.
Minimum 8+ years of relevant professional experience
Multi-national country support experience with VP level internal customers.

Placement within the pay range is dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications, job level, supervisory status, and location.
