Tasks and Qualifications:

WHAT’S SO AMAZING ABOUT THIS ROLE

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced supervisor to join our AGV Customer Service team as an AGV Service Supervisor. This This role is based in our office in Acacia Ridge and reports to the AGV Service Manager.  You will be responsible for overseeing the the AGV Service daily operations of the Northern Region Service team and will be required to travel regularly to our customer sites.

WHAT YOU WILL BE WORKING ON

  • Manage Service Engineers and Field Service Technicians

  • Coordinate the team’s work schedules and assign work to ensure that contracted response times are met

  • Coordinate incidents and breakdowns to ensure escalations are prioritised

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers

  • Manage modernisation projects in service as required

  • Provide leadership, advice, coaching and support to the AGV Service team

  • Travelling to customer sites to provide hands on service and support for breakdowns, servicing, modifications and spare part sales

  • Assisting the Service Manager with working within budgets and towards targets as well as reporting

SETTING YOU UP FOR SUCCESS

  • Minimum 1 – 3 years as supervisor or project manager 

  • Several years’ experience working in a Customer Service environment

  • Equivalent industrial engineering or maintenance experience, preferably with Robotics 

  • Strong communication and leadership skills, including the ability to liaise with all levels of staff 

  • Understanding OH&S requirements 

  • Understanding of financial outcomes and ability to meet critical deadlines 

  • Availability and willingness to travel to customer sites predominantly in NSW and QLD but also throughout the greater APAC region when required
