The Agent - Loan Verification & Funding Specialist is responsible for performing accurate verifications, credit investigation, analysis, and audit of all documentation required to complete the retail funding processes, according to the company's operating policies and procedures.

What You'll Do:

• Process and complete loan files; examine based on client requirement to ensure accuracy and compliance with corporate policy, program guidelines, credit stipulations, and state/federal laws.
• Performs credit investigations with external entities, including consumers, dealers and others to validate employment, income, insurance, collateral, and other approval terms as required by the clients. Accurately documents pertinent information.
• Analyze accuracy of documents associated with employment, address and identity verifications, title work and calculations on all income spectrums.
• Communicates with dealers regarding missing documents or information to promptly process contract packages or as required by the program. Builds dealer relationships that support company goals and educate dealers on the company’s funding requirements to ensure optimal funding turn-time.
• Ensures quality, reliable and prompt communication with internal and external customers via all sources of communication as required by the program (i.e. phone, email, and system documentation).
• Maintains and promotes the highest level of integrity, security and confidentiality of pertinent information and records. Meet and maintain monthly goals by providing consistent team support.
• Champion company core values and other company programs
• Other duties as assigned.

Education

North America - Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent is required

Philippines – Minimum of 2 years post-secondary or equivalent is required

Costa Rica – No Minimum requirement

United Kingdom – No Minimum requirement

Experience

• 1+ years of Customer Service experience, preferably in a call centre environment

• Financial Services industry experience would be an asset

• One (1) + year of work related experience in any loan application or processing (Business, Personal or Credit line) with an emphasis on loan documentation.

• Analytical and mathematical skills are required

• Advanced computer skills including the ability to navigate multiple windows and applications and utilize search tools to find information are required.

• Detail oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality work is required.
