About the Role
Agency Award & Policy AssignmentSupport agency award program operations (e.g., Annual Awards, Premier Awards, performance-based recognition).
Validate production data, agent eligibility, and award qualification metrics.
Coordinate with Agency Communications and Event teams for award program execution.
Prepare award listings, accuracy checks, and final endorsement documents.
Ensure timelines and quality standards for recognition programs are met.
Responsible for other relating tasks as assigned to align with business policy and build long term business growth.
