The Role: Advisor, Shared Services FA
Responsible for the Fixed Asset Management. The full cycle of the fixed asset process includes assign Capital and Expense Project number, create Fixed Asset number, perform fixed asset disposal, transfer transactions in SAP, month end capital accruals and sub report.
In this role you will:
Create and monitor new Capex Projects, maintain well fixed asset management, prepare sub report for month end closing, monitor open projects that overdue.
Research items and makes adjusting journal entries as necessary; downloads SAP report to complete audit workpapers.
Prepares reconciliations for assigned accounts within Blackline system.
Provides support to internal and external audit and serves as SAP super user.
Participates in Entegris continuous quality improvement process and dedication to stakeholder satisfaction.
Traits we believe make a strong candidate:
Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance or relevant field
Experience in SAP and Excel
Experience in Microsoft Power Platform will be added advantage.
Effective communication skills
Ability to make decisions and problem solve based on SAP knowledge and in collaboration with internal and external partners.
Demonstrates a willingness to complete miscellaneous tasks as assigned in support of the Global Fixed Asset team, Finance department and overall organization.
