As an Administrative Program Coordinator III, you will serve as a key liaison and administrative resource, supporting the Director and department leadership with daily operations, projects, and policy implementation. In this role, you will identify opportunities to improve operations, develop communications, databases and budgets and assist with or lead moderately complex initiatives to promote an effective and well-organized workplace. By streamlining workflows and supporting decision-making through data analysis, project coordination and policy implementation, you will help ensure patients receive timely, high-quality care while advancing the hospital’s mission of continuous improvement.

A caregiver in this role works days from 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
This position is primarily based in Weston and will support all 12 ambulatory locations across the South Florida market. Occasional site visits may be required to assist with various initiatives.
A caregiver who excels in this role will:
Assist with scheduling, coordination, preparation and communication of meetings.
Facilitate and attend meetings and record key outcomes.
Identifies key milestones and deadlines.
Proactively communicate project status and requirements to achieve results.
Research, analyze and organize information for presentations.
Develop interdepartmental education programs.
Lead records management activities and ensure standards are maintained.
Assist department leadership with large or complex projects and initiate or lead moderately complex projects.
Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Healthcare Administration, Finance, Communications, or related field
Four years of financial, business analysis or project management experience
Strong computer skills and experience with software applications
May require license based on department/Institute need
Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:
Healthcare or medical office experience
Proficient with medical office systems
Knowledge of project management and communication practices
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and database applications
Experience in a leadership or supervisory role
Skills in planning, scheduling, and tracking project milestones
Experience preparing reports, developing presentations and facilitating meetings
Physical Requirements:
High degree dexterity to operate office equipment.
May require extended periods of standing, walking or sitting.
Good visual acuity through normal or corrected vision.
Personal Protective Equipment:
Follows standard precautions using personal protective equipment as required.
