The Administrative Program Coordinator II supports the Ob/Gyn service line across the Florida region by collaborating with leadership and stakeholders across all markets to ensure the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care. The coordinator serves as a key liaison and provides administrative, technical, and operational support to both clinical and administrative teams. The role involves initiating and supporting projects of varying complexity, as well as coordinating the evaluation and implementation of policies. The coordinator proactively identifies opportunities for operational improvement to promote a more efficient and effective workplace. In addition, the role includes developing and maintaining communications, databases, and budget summaries to support program objectives. The Administrative Program Coordinator II is highly detail-oriented, demonstrates strong multitasking and data analysis skills, and builds effective working relationships with administrative leaders and physician partners.
A caregiver in this position works 8:00am – 5:00pm.
A caregiver who excels in this role will:
Lead orientation and records management activities.
Develop and update interdepartmental education programs.
Assist with scheduling, coordination, preparation and communication of meetings.
Facilitate and attend meetings and record key outcomes.
Identify key milestones and deadlines and proactively communicate project status and requirements to achieve results.
Research, analyze and organize information for presentations.
Assist with large or complex projects and initiate/lead less complex projects.
Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:
Associate’s Degree and three years of administrative or project management experience
OR High School diploma/GED and five years of experience will substitute the education and experience requirements
OR Bachelor’s Degree and one year of experience may substitute the experience requirement
Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or a related field
Healthcare or related organization experience
Physical Requirements:
Ability to perform work in a stationary position for extended periods
Ability to operate a computer and other office equipment
Ability to travel throughout the hospital system
Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information
In some locations, ability to move to 25 pounds
