About the Role

Are you organized, proactive, and passionate about logistics? Join our dynamic Outbound team and play a key role in ensuring smooth and timely deliveries to our customers. As an Administrative Employee – Outbound, you’ll be the link between our warehouse operations, internal departments, and external partners, making sure everything runs like clockwork.

What You’ll Do

  • Coordinate and book outgoing goods in our ERP systems (JDE, SAP, Oracle).
  • Handle requests from Order Management and Customer Service to keep shipments on track.
  • Communicate with buyers and forwarders to resolve discrepancies and ensure accurate documentation.
  • Support pickers with shipping instructions and quantity checks.
  • Act as a backup for outbound planning and administrative tasks.

What We’re Looking For

  • Education: MBO+ level
  • Strong skills in MS Office and experience with ERP systems (JDE, SAP, Oracle)
  • Fluent in Dutch and good command of English (other European languages are a plus)
  • Analytical, accurate, and customer-oriented mindset
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
