Administrative Coordinator - Training & Development

Role Summary

As an Administrative Coordinator supporting the Talent & Development Strategy (T&DS) team and reporting into the Commercial Strategy within CSEC, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth execution of training programs and onboarding processes in EMEA region.
You will support the Commercial Strategy teams. You will be responsible for managing logistics, maintaining accurate records, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives around training. This role requires strong attention to detail, accountability, ownership, critical thinking, proactivity and strong communication, in line with our global competency framework.

Key Responsibilities

• EMEA consulting training
o Training EMEA Program Logistics: Coordinate all aspects of Commercial Strategy training programs, in or outside of our training automating platform: RISE, including scheduling sessions, liaising with facilitators and ambassadors, managing registrations, and tracking attendance
o Support Organisation of any face-to-face training session including logistics, catering, room booking, expenses etc.
o Stakeholder Communication: Serve as a point of contact for training-related queries, providing timely and accurate information to facilitators, ambassadors, and participants
o Data Management: Maintain accurate records of attendance, registration, and feedback. Support analysis and reporting related to training demand and outcomes
o Feedback Survey Management: Manage feedback surveys for all training programs, including adapting materials and summarizing results
o Materials and Knowledge Management (KM) Support: Assist in updating training materials and update decks for ambassadors and team leads, support the maintenance of the training Hub
• Onboarding Support: Ensure new joiners are included in RISE, added to waiting lists for onboarding courses, and supported through the onboarding process.
• Organize onboarding courses: CSLJ: Consulting skills Learning Journey, BAF: Business Analysis Fundamentals, DAF: Data Analysis Fundamentals, PF: Pricing Fundamentals; other courses as relevant; and coordinate with global teams as needed
• Process Improvement: Support the continuous improvement of onboarding and training processes, suggesting enhancements and implementing best practices
• General Administrative Support: Provide critical support for training-related tasks, including managing Training KM activities (incl. Metadata optimization and Training Hub maintenance), deployment of GenAI strategy and other team initiatives, such as support the annual pulse survey and update the newsletter training section

Required Skills & Experience
• 4 year experience in administrative or training support roles, preferably in consulting or professional services
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Effective communicator, both written and verbal
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office and Copilot tools
o Intermediate Excel proficiency, including conditional formatting, managing lists and data tables, VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, pivot tables, and chart creation
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and contribute to process improvements
