Key Responsibilities:
Executive Support:
Manage executives' calendars, scheduling meetings, and appointments.
Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodations, and detailed itineraries.
Act as the primary point of contact between executives, employees, clients, and external partners.
Prepare and format communications such as memos, emails, presentations, and reports.
Coordinate checks and financials relating to charity/donors.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Ideal Candidate Qualifications:
Minimum 4 years of administrative experience supporting senior-level management.
Proven experience in planning and managing corporate events, non-profit experience a plus.
Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities with strong attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and event management software.
Ability to work collaboratively with various teams and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Professional demeanor with a customer service-oriented mindset.
Flexibility to travel minimally, as needed within the U.S.
