Administrative Assistant

Position Overview:
We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support while also managing company events. This role is ideal for a highly organized, detail-oriented professional who excels in administrative support. The successful candidate will manage calendars, coordinate travel, handle internal and external communications, and execute corporate events that enhance brand visibility and foster strong employee and client relationships, and works well within a team environment.
 

Key Responsibilities:
Executive Support:

  • Manage executives' calendars, scheduling meetings, and appointments.

  • Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodations, and detailed itineraries.

  • Act as the primary point of contact between executives, employees, clients, and external partners.

  • Prepare and format communications such as memos, emails, presentations, and reports.

  • Coordinate checks and financials relating to charity/donors.

  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

     

Ideal Candidate Qualifications:

  • Minimum 4 years of administrative experience supporting senior-level management.

  • Proven experience in planning and managing corporate events, non-profit experience a plus.

  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities with strong attention to detail.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and event management software.

  • Ability to work collaboratively with various teams and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

  • Professional demeanor with a customer service-oriented mindset.

  • Flexibility to travel minimally, as needed within the U.S.
