The Administrative Assistant provides day-to-day administrative support for multiple senior-level executives. This role focuses on expense management, calendar coordination, meeting scheduling, and assist in streamlining administrative processes to ensure efficient team operations. The Administrative Assistant reports directly to the Senior Executive Assistant and works closely with executive leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and reconcile expenses in a timely and accurate manner
Coordinate and maintain executive calendars, including prioritizing meetings and resolving scheduling conflicts
Schedule, organize, and support meetings for multiple executives, working with other assistants to coordinate schedules
Assist in streamlining and improving administrative processes to enhance team efficiency
Handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion
Willing to work on night shift
Qualifications
Previous administrative or executive support experience preferred
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with standard office and calendar management tools
