Job Duties
Exemplifies the image of “Aloha” while assisting guests in accordance with Outrigger policies and procedures. Provides administrative operational support to the Director of Engineering and other management staff at the property as needed. Communicate and troubleshoot to internal/external partners. Assist with scheduling, managing day to day operations to ensure tasks are completed in accordance with company policy and guidelines. Answer phone and email inquiries, reports, & reconciliation of expenses. Create and Maintain computer and paper based filing and organization systems for records, reports, documents, etc. Perform all necessary administrative duties assigned by the Director of Engineering.
Two (2) years of experience in operation, admin or similar work preferred.
