Seeking a highly organised & motivated Administration Officer to deliver accurate & professional support.

AMX is the largest Australian Motorcycle Accessories retailer, open 7 days a week, with 47+ store locations nationally and online.

We are seeking a highly organised and motivated Administration Officer to join our team and provide high-quality administrative support across the business. This role is ideal for someone who has strong attention to detail and takes pride in delivering efficient, friendly, and professional service to internal and external stakeholders, while supporting the National Inventory Manager to deliver accurate and consistent results.

The role will be based primarily in the accounts & credits area.

Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Assist the administration team with manual processing of business transactions, documents, and records
• Perform accurate data entry across various systems, ensuring information is complete, up to date, and maintained to a high standard
• Support the preparation and maintenance of regular and ad-hoc reports, including data collation and basic analysis
• Assist with system maintenance activities, including updating records, maintaining data integrity, and identifying discrepancies
• Provide general administrative support, including document management, filing, correspondence, and record keeping.
• Aligning accounts within our inventory systems & supporting statement reconciliation
• Processing credit paperwork & following up outstanding balances
• Supporting the administration team as needed. Including placing uniform orders, printing name tags, processing invoicing paperwork & merging of duplicated customer accounts.
• Contributing to EOM & EOFY reporting
