About this role

Role Overview

The Admin Business Coordinator will provide administrative support to senior leaders and operationally complex teams. This role requires a proactive, organised, and adaptable individual who can manage competing priorities with professionalism and discretion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage complex and high-volume calendars, including scheduling meetings, resolving conflicts, and ensuring strategic alignment with business priorities
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, expense reporting, and logistics for meetings, events, and offsites
  • Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely and professional communication
  • Anticipate needs and take initiative to address administrative challenges before they arise
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes for team members
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Collaborate with other Admins to ensure seamless coverage and support across teams

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong organisational and time management skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • High emotional intelligence and ability to navigate change effectively
  • Proactive problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to manage up and set expectations clearly with senior stakeholders
  • Experience with tools such as Outlook, Concur

Our hybrid work model
