Job Summary
Looking for a HP Additive Manufacturing (3D) Supply Chain lead that can manage the introduction and stabilization on a new product (Hardware, Accessories, Spares) across the 3 geographies and help to standardize our e2e Supply Chain team.
Responsibilities
Manages the 3D Operations team for a new NPI (Endor). Managing supply chain processes, such as inventory analysis and planning, demand planning, import/export operations, and sales and operations planning (SOP).
Identifies opportunities for process improvement and leads/develops recommendations and provides insight for management.
Leads improvement projects impacting the overall Supply Chain ecosystem for the AM business (Cost, Innovation, Resiliency…) across several teams.
Coordinates demand and supply matching activities, connecting planning to execution, and identifying issues and their impact.
Works cross-functionally to prioritize backlog.
Partners with global business (Partner Factory/CBM/Regional teams) units and supply bases to generate and deliver demand signals.
Defines and reviews performance metrics on a regular basis, identifying opportunities for improvement actions to address.
Education & Experience:
Recommended Four-year or Graduate Degree in Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations management, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
Typically has 8-10 years of work experience, preferably in supply chain, operations, or a related field or an advanced degree with 6-8 years of work experience.

Excellent communication and influencing skills; mastery in English and local language.
Excellent internal and external relationship management skills.
Extensive knowledge and understanding of how to analyze business problems using Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), statistical analysis, and financial modeling.
Understanding of HP's overall supply chain strategy.
