Accounts Receivable Assistant

This role is a great fit for someone who is interested in finance and eager to learn. You’ll be trained step by step as you learn about our business domain and how the finance team operates. A finance background is not required, but it is definitely a plus. We’re looking for someone who is open to feedback, pays attention to detail, collaborates well with others, and is ready to learn from mistakes and grow over time.

Here’s What You’ll Do

• Process customer invoices and monitor payment status
• Reconcile customer accounts and investigate discrepancies
• Support Finance in maintaining a clean accounts receivable aging
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding invoices and payments
• Proactively follow up with customers on outstanding invoices and payment status, escalating internally as needed
• Resolving customer inquiries and vendor portal requirements 

You’ll Be Successful in This Role If You Have

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or in progress).
• 0-1 years of experience in accounts receivable or a related field.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and A/R processes.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.).
• Tech-savvy mindset and curiosity about learning new tools and systems.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Basic English language proficiency for everyday communication, both written and verbal.
