Short Role Description:
We are seeking an accomplished and proactive Senior D365 Functional Consultant to drive the implementation and enhancement of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions. You will bridge business stakeholders and technical teams, analyzing business processes and designing tailored, high-impact solutions to support the insurance market’s operational excellence and digital strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with key business stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements, translating them into efficient and scalable D365 solutions.
  • Lead discovery sessions and workshops to identify process improvements and provide best-practice guidance for D365 applications (primarily D365 Finance & Operations/Customer Engagement).
  • Map business processes and conduct fit-gap analysis to recommend configuration, customization, and integration strategies.
  • Collaborate with architects, developers, and system integrators to deliver end-to-end solutions encompassing configuration, data migration, reporting, and user acceptance testing.
  • Prepare functional specification documents, system design documentation, and user manuals.
  • Oversee solution design, configuration, deployment, and post-go-live support to ensure seamless operation and optimal adoption.
  • Train and mentor business users and junior consultants, ensuring knowledge transfer and high user satisfaction.
  • Identify project risks, propose mitigation strategies, and support change management initiatives.
  • Actively monitor Microsoft D365 product roadmap and industry trends to recommend continuous improvements and ensure the client maximizes the platform’s capabilities.
  • Manage multiple priorities and coordinate dependencies with cross-functional teams and external vendors.

What We Expect from You:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance & Operations or Customer Engagement) as a Functional Consultant.
  • Strong business analysis and process reengineering skills within insurance, financial services, or related industries.
  • Deep knowledge of D365 core modules (Finance, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent) with hands-on experience in configuration and customization.
  • Proven ability to lead requirements gathering, workshops, and functional solution design.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities—able to present technical information to non-technical audiences.
  • Demonstrated success in delivering end-to-end D365 implementations, including post-go-live support.
  • Experience integrating D365 with third-party or legacy systems is advantageous.
  • Microsoft certifications (e.g., MB-310, MB-300, MB-210) are highly desirable.
  • Strong English proficiency (Upper-Intermediate/Advanced level).
