Lendlease Retail Pte. Ltd. is seeking a detail‑oriented Accounts / Finance Executive to support the full spectrum of accounting and finance functions. The role includes financial closing, audit and statutory support, and regulatory compliance. The executive will also assist in preparing budgets, prepare tax computations for MCST (including Form P1 in accordance with IRAS requirements), and assist in the preparation of information for Property Tax submissions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness at all times.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
To be a success in this role it is desirable, but not essential to have;
Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related discipline
2–4 years of relevant accounting or finance experience, preferably in MCST, property management, or commercial environments
Hands‑on experience in full sets of accounts, audit support, and statutory reporting
Strong Microsoft Excel skills (e.g. reconciliations, schedules, analysis)
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and meet reporting deadlines
Detail‑oriented, well‑organised, and dependable
Good communication and interpersonal skills
