ABOUT THE CANDIDATE WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Fund Administration & Oversight Lead Analyst who brings strong fund accounting expertise and a solid understanding of performance and reporting. The ideal candidate is comfortable taking ownership of complex fund processes, working independently, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders. This role suits a professional who is analytical, confident working with data, and eager to support high-quality fund oversight in a dynamic credit-focused investment environment.
HOW YOU WILL ADD VALUE
• You will oversee net asset value production by third-party administrators.
• You will review balance sheets, profit and loss, and class-level performance.
• You will monitor hedging efficiency across assigned funds.
• You will calculate portfolio and share class performance returns.
• You will oversee attribution production and submission processes.
• You will manage expense budgets, management fees, and performance fees.
• You will oversee total expense ratios and related calculations.
• You will support regulatory and investor reporting requirements.
• You will oversee and sign off on fund audits and financial statements.
• You will ensure data accuracy in front office and data warehouse systems.
• You will manage cash, capital flows, and investor distributions.
WHAT WILL HELP YOU BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE
Experience, Education & Certifications
• Three to five years of experience in financial services.
• Degree-level education or equivalent qualification.
• Qualified Chartered Accountant (ACCA, ACA, CIMA, or equivalent).
Technical Skills
• Strong understanding of fund accounting principles.
• Experience with performance and return calculations.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong mathematical capability.
• Understanding of syndicated loans and collateralized loan obligation products.
• Knowledge of open-ended fund structures preferred.
Soft Skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to explain complex concepts clearly and confidently.
• Strong ownership mindset with the ability to work autonomously.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
