Job Details:
SUMMARY: This position is responsible for maintaining floor yields gross margins and any other duties as assigned. Work activities are variable and require judgment to complete tasks such as setting priorities evaluating results and coordinating with others. Assignments are defined and the approach to be taken is usually determined in coordination with others. Hours are 2:30-11pm Monday-Friday and occasional Saturdays when Plant works.
REQUIREMENTS:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience: 2 plus years of Office experience.
Computer Skills: Basic computer skills; Tyson Business Computer System an understanding of the system features and how to use these features.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written skills.
Special Skills: Good attendance and safety record; ability to complete Tyson paperwork; ability to work with little supervision; detail oriented.
