WME Group is seeking a Manager to join the Entertainment Marketing and Advisory Team. This individual will play a vital role on the team responsible for the day-to-day servicing of existing agency clients.
The Role and What You'll Do:
Play a central role in the management of client activation programs including original content, brand integrations, and entertainment partnerships across TV, film, and digital.
Serve as a primary day-to-day client contact, maintaining strong relationships with corporate clients, brand managers, agencies, producers, executives, vendors, and other key stakeholders.
Proactively source and originate opportunities through regular outreach to industry partners and executives, bringing forward ideas that align with client objectives.
Support the creative development of branded entertainment work, ensuring output is strategically grounded and aligned with client goals.
Oversee management of executions end-to-end, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and quality are consistently met.
Lead the creation of supporting materials, including decks, creative briefs, recommendations, and client-facing deliverables.
Maintain ownership of internal tracking documents and client reporting, ensuring all materials are accurate, organized, and client-ready.
Guide junior team members on strategy and execution, providing direction on materials, workflows, and project management where needed.
Stay closely attuned to entertainment industry news and trends, identifying relevant opportunities and translating them into actionable recommendations for clients.
You Have These:
Bachelor’s Degree
A minimum of 5-6 years of entertainment marketing, talent agency, or entertainment industry experience
Strong working knowledge of the entertainment industry, including trends, buyers, talent, creators and content
Proven experience working with clients, internal teams and other agency partners
Superior client relationship/service skills
Ability to think strategically and creatively
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Dependable, proactive and able to take initiative
Team player with a positive attitude
Detail-oriented and able to handle complex instructions with care and follow-through. Accuracy and thoroughness in the execution of assigned tasks.
Strong problem-solving skills, solutions-oriented and resourceful
Strong project management skills and ability to prioritize workload, multitask, and maintain organization at a high volume
Ability to adapt to changes and work in a fast paced, demanding environment
Friendly and open demeanor with ability to maintain confidentiality at all times
Ability to travel ~25% of the time

Per local requirements and in the interest of transparency, the rate shown below reflects the prevalent current hiring range for this position. Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience. The company strives to provide locally competitive rewards packages, which include base rate along with, as applicable, short- and long-term incentives, growth and developmental opportunities, and robust benefits, such as health care, retirement, vacation and other paid time off, and additional offerings.
Hiring Rate Minimum:
$69,750 annually (minimum will not fall below the applicable state/local minimum salary thresholds)Hiring Rate Maximum:
$93,000 annually
