Role Overview
We’re looking for an Account Live Streaming Manager who will own client relationships end-to-end while driving livestream performance. This role combines strategic account management, livestream execution, and performance optimization to help clients achieve their business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, managing relationships and expectations
- Understand client goals and translate them into effective livestream strategies
- Provide strategic recommendations to improve sales, engagement, and overall performance
- Plan and execute livestream sessions (rundown, product selection, promotions)
- Ensure smooth day-to-day livestream operations, including long-duration sessions
- Monitor performance and deliver actionable weekly/monthly insights to clients
- Collaborate with internal teams and lead livestream crew when needed
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in account management, livestreaming, or e-commerce
- Proven experience handling clients and managing multiple accounts
- Strong operational knowledge of livestreaming (including OBS & Seller Center)
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English
- Disciplined, reliable, and able to handle intensive livestream schedules
- Analytical mindset with experience in reporting and performance tracking
- Proven ability to manage team members and handle dynamic situations
