Account Executive - SMB & Mid-Market

London, England, United Kingdom Full Time

Here’s a summary of the role:

You thrive in environments where ambition is the norm, energy is contagious, and people genuinely want to see each other win. You love the challenge of building relationships, uncovering opportunities, and shaping solutions that make a real impact. If you’re motivated by exceeding targets, celebrating big milestones, and being part of a team that brings passion, resilience, and a “team‑first” mentality to everything they do, this role will feel like home.

As an Account Executive, you’ll use your commercial instincts, curiosity, and consultative selling skills to help organisations get real value from modern governance, risk, and compliance technology. You’ll lead strategic conversations with senior stakeholders, navigate long and complex sales cycles, and create momentum that drives revenue and deepens customer relationships. You’ll be surrounded by people who work hard, support each other, experiment with new approaches, and bring genuine enthusiasm to every day.

How you’ll drive impact

  • Grow revenue by identifying new opportunities within existing accounts and opening doors with new prospects.
  • Lead strategic conversations with senior stakeholders, understanding their challenges and shaping solutions that deliver meaningful outcomes.
  • Manage the full sales cycle—from first meeting to close—with accuracy, ownership, and a strong focus on forecasting.
  • Build trusted, long‑term relationships by staying close to customer needs and connecting them with the right internal experts.
  • Develop and execute account plans that drive growth, expand product adoption, and create a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities.

What we value in this role

  • A strong track record (around 5+ years) of success in account management or new business sales, ideally in complex, regulated, or technology‑driven industries.
  • Experience selling into senior leadership and navigating multi‑stakeholder environments.
  • Confidence leading long sales cycles and shaping solution‑based conversations.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and influencing skills.
  • A self‑driven, resilient approach with the ability to thrive in a fast‑moving, high‑expectation environment.
  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to work closely with colleagues to deliver shared outcomes.

What will set you apart (but not required)

  • Experience working with governance, risk, compliance, or enterprise SaaS solutions.
  • Familiarity with account planning methodologies or structured sales frameworks.
  • Exposure to competitive, high‑growth sales environments.
  • A natural curiosity about technology and how organisations use it to solve real‑world challenges
