Head of Product - Data & AI (all genders)

About the Role:

The Head of Product – Data and AI will lead our dedicated product team to shape and deliver GROPYUS’s data and AI capabilities, creating intelligent solutions for the data product portfolio in which we capture, structure, and expose all data across our value chain. Leveraging your expertise in product management, data strategy, and applied AI, you will develop, iterate, and launch data-driven products that are essential to realizing our mission of smart and sustainable living. 

What you'll be doing:

• Define the product vision and roadmap for Data and AI in alignment with GROPYUS’s mission and overall business strategy, focusing on the different relevant customer groups internally.   
• Own the product roadmap and drive the overall product lifecycle. Monitor and steer the roadmap execution for value add in the company.   
• Own the product lifecycle for data and AI products — from concept and scope through to design, implementation, and launch. 
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to build or support the creation of data platforms, analytics solutions, and AI-powered features that improve user experience and drive business value. 
• Champion a data-driven culture, working with product KPIs to ensure product effectiveness, experience, and impact. Enable such work for other teams.    
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (Governance, Risk and Compliance, Information Security and others) to ensure ethical, secure, and scalable use of data and AI across all GROPYUS products.  
• Manage a high-performing product team, ensuring transparent processes, clear communication, and continuous professional development. 

What you bring:

• Master’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred. 
• Minimum of 7 years of product management experience, with significant focus on data platforms or AI-driven products. 
• Strong understanding of data architectures, cloud ecosystems, and modern machine learning frameworks. 
• Familiarity with sustainability applications and green building technologies is a plus.  
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and delivering impactful data or AI-powered products. 
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
