Job Summary
The Account Billing Manager (ABM) is responsible for global, end-to-end invoicing coordination, ensuring that all invoices are issued accurately and on time. This role involves direct interaction with customers regarding all invoicing-related matters, including purchase orders, device consumption, invoice dispatch, and customer approvals.
The ABM must ensure timely delivery of invoices with thorough quality checks to minimize potential disputes. In the event of a dispute, the ABM is accountable for collaborating with internal teams to resolve billing issues promptly, thereby enabling the collections team to complete payment processing efficiently
Responsibilities
Coordinate end-to-end invoicing activities at the account level, encompassing fleet tracking, implementation, invoice generation, and dispute resolution.
Collaborate with customers to enable invoicing by following up on any missing information.
Manage invoicing disputes, ensuring accurate and timely resolution.
Address customer escalations and internal issues, proactively following up on complex topics to achieve resolution.
Ensure delivery in alignment with business expectations and the signed Statement of Work (SOW).
Facilitate customer reviews and ad hoc meetings as required.
Partner with the Pursuit team during solution design to understand service deliverables and requirements, providing a unified operational perspective and managing operational risks.
Monitor fleet-related activities (e.g., change orders, early terminations) across multiple operational towers to ensure proper documentation and system implementation.
Maintain clear communication with clients regarding invoicing processes and status updates.
Develop and track action plans to remove obstacles that hinder timely billing or dispute resolution.
Identify and implement process improvement opportunities, including automation initiatives within the invoicing workflow.
Key deliverables/accountabilities:
· Ensures on time invoice release.
· Support closure of disputes within 90 days.
· Fleet tracking that ensures correct invoice backup report and customer invoices.
· Ensure customer satisfaction on activities in scope.
Education & Experience Recommended
•
Typically, 4+ years’ experience in the industry, Channel environment, Consumer and / or Commercial.
· Has good understanding of the MPS e2e operational process, can easily translate a task into R&R and appoint proper teams for resolution.
· Customer facing abilities, including strong organization and communication.
· Good understanding on financials (revenue tracking, missing billing management and write off resolution)
· Degree level in business, communication and/or IT

Fluent English
Other languages knowledge would be an asset (German/ French)
