Job Description

Agent Boost Marketing is helping people select and enroll in ACA health coverage. ACA brings comprehensive, high-quality and affordable health coverage within reach for uninsured Americans.

Currently looking for Licensed Health Insurance Agents for our rapidly growing team. You will help educate and enroll consumers across the country in affordable health coverage for themselves and their families. Your day will be spent on both inbound and outbound calls.

  • Hourly base plus commissions per enrollment
  • Overtime availability
  • Paid Training
  • Paid bi-weekly
  • W-2 position
  • All leads provided

This position will require full-time, in-person availability. MUST reside in the state of Utah.

  • Ability to pass background check
  • 1 year of ACA (Affordable Care Act, Marketplace plans) selling experience preferred.
  • Inbound/outbound call experience preferred but not required.
  • Primarily flexible hours between 8am-7pm, however agents must have the flexibility to commit to high-volume hours that could include weekends or evenings during peak season
  • Proficiency with computers and CRM software
  • Positive attitude
  • Strong work ethic
  • Limited positions available. This is not a remote or work from home position
  • Bi-ligual strongly preferred
  • Must be able to pass FFM (Federally Facilitated Marketplace) certification
  • Current agents producing an average of 20 members per day. Top performers produce 25+/day
  • Weekly & monthly bonuses and incentives, company trips, etc.
