Northrop Grumman is seeking an undergraduate or graduate student in a STEM Field for an full time Pathways opportunity. This position will be located in Linthicum, MD. The qualified candidate will become part of Northrop Grumman’s Space Systems Sector.
The Pathways program provides Northrop Grumman’s early career employees with diverse learning experiences through multiple rotations in alignment with business needs and strategic goals. Participants develop foundational technical and business skills while being empowered to take ownership of their career trajectory through a variety of development and networking opportunities.
In your first rotation you will perform duties contributing to antenna design engineering activities. You could support and/or be responsible for design, analysis, or testing of space payloads, electronically scanned antennas, mixed-signal electronics, or antenna and electronics subcomponents. Responsibilities could include antenna performance pattern modeling; phased array antenna architecture design; RF budget analysis; radiator or printed circuit design, simulation and analysis; acceptance and design verification testing; and data analysis.
Basic Qualifications for Associate Electronics Engineer:
A candidate must meet ALL of the below criteria. The candidate must:
Be completing or has completed their Bachelor’s from an accredited institution
Be majoring in or having majored in a STEM related field.
Be able to obtain and maintain a US security clearance (U.S. citizenship is a pre-requisite)
Basic Qualifications for Electronics Engineer:
A candidate must meet ALL of the below criteria. The candidate must:

$72,700 - $109,100
