Job Description:

The Project Manager is responsible for working with business partners to identify and implement small to medium projects that support achievement of simple to complex unit or corporate goals. Projects may be business and/or technical (software implementation or application updates) in nature. Works with moderate guidance and is responsible for applying project management knowledge, skills, tools and techniques to project deliverables, processes, and systems. Operates within defined parameters using project management methodology.

 

Primary duties may include; but are not limited to:

  • Provide day-to-day project coordination and administrative support to the onshore program owners with focused support of the CPCC and CGS programs and program owner.

  • Schedule and facilitate recurring and ad-hoc project meetings; prepare agendas, capture key decisions, and document action items.

  • Maintain and update project documentation repositories (e.g., meeting notes, project plans, RAID logs, RACI matrices, etc.).

  • Assist with budget tracking and financial reporting for the Clinical Rx Strategy team, including monitoring spend, updating trackers, and flagging variances.

  • Support special projects under the Clinical Rx Strategy team, such as research, data consolidation, or presentation development.

  • Escalate risks or blockers to the onshore program owners promptly with supporting details.

  • Support basic quality review, change tracking, and version control across project deliverables.

Core Skills:

  • Strong oral and written communication skills

  • Ability to work in a highly matrixed environment

  • Proficiency with project management skills/tools

  • Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, etc.)

Preferred Skills, Capabilities, and Experiences:

  • Demonstrated ability to create an effective team environment, build strong relationships, solving problems and issues in a matrix environment and communicating effectively at all levels of an organization is strongly preferred.

  • Project Management Professional (PMP)  certification preferred.

  • Experience working in a lead role on one or more projects strongly preferred.
