The Advanced Integrated Surface Sensors (AISS) Product Area, within the Advanced Technology (AT) Strategic Business Unit is seeking an onsite Program Cost Controls analyst. The analyst will support the execution of several key strategic development programs for Raytheon. The analyst will work closely with finance management in supporting contractual Earned Value implementation, EAC Development, and AD Hoc Analysis. The ideal candidate can work in a fast-paced team environment, work across multiple organizations and levels of leadership, and meet deadlines. This candidate is detail focused, seeks process improvement and efficiency opportunities, and works to ensure the program successfully executes. Adept at leveraging critical thinking skills to deliver value-added analysis and actionable insights to management.

This position is onsite in Tewksbury, MA. Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products.
This position requires a security clearance. DCSA Consolidated Adjudication Services (DCSA CAS), an agency of the Department of Defense, handles and adjudicates the security clearance process. The salary range for this role is 55,000 USD - 107,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
