Partner cross-functionally with Marketing and internal stakeholders to deliver business objectives and sales targets.
Lead and execute product launch strategies to ensure strong market adoption and penetration.
Conduct detailed territory analysis, sales forecasting, pipeline planning, and proactive lead management.
Build and strengthen relationships with key customers, KOLs, dealers, and industry stakeholders to drive sustained growth.
Deliver value-based selling by leading negotiations, closing deals, and ensuring a superior customer experience.
Identify competitive trends, risks, and opportunities, providing timely and actionable market feedback.
Lead, coach, and develop the sales team while ensuring operational excellence, compliance adherence, inventory control, and process optimisation.
What you need:
Graduate/Post-graduate degree; MBA preferred, with 8–13 years of sales and marketing experience, ideally in medical devices or capital equipment.
Minimum 2–3 years of proven people management experience with a consistent track record of meeting quarterly and annual targets.
Strong expertise in sales leadership, dealer/channel management, key account management, and territory planning.
Excellent leadership, negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with strong business and financial acumen.
Results-driven, self-motivated professional capable of independent decision-making, managing complexity, and leading with minimal supervision.
