About the Role

This role contributes to the delivery of customer outcomes that are reliable, thoughtful, and create meaningful impact for customers and society. The role holder is expected to embed a customer first mindset in all decisions and actions by developing a clear understanding of customer needs, taking end to end ownership to resolve issues, and working collaboratively across teams to continuously enhance the customer journey—both directly and indirectly.
Provide marketing support for driving sales engagement initiatives with focus on sales tactical and events to bank partners.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Responsibilities - Oversee, develop and execute Channel Proposition Strategies for key partners including BEA, Citibank, PBHK, OCBC, and CCBM.

  • Drive all customer-related initiatives encompassing offers, engagement programs, experience enhancements, and new propositions.

  • Track and analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform proposition development and campaign strategies. Customer Insights & Segmentation

  • Maintain and evolve customer segmentation models and personas, embedding actionable insights into proposition design and marketing content.

  • Leverage competitive intelligence to inform strategic decisions and optimize customer engagement. Sales & Marketing Activation

  • Design and implement integrated campaigns to generate sales and deepen customer relationships. - Create and manage customer events to unlock business opportunities and strengthen partnerships.

  • Support on BEA sales events Central Marketing sponsorship support for business - Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for all Central Marketing sponsorships and programs across channels, including customers, sales teams, and partners.

  • Explore new opportunities, liaison and coordinate with different sales team to support driving business Governance & Alignment

  • Oversee budget management and ensure full regulatory compliance.

  • Align priorities and collaborate closely with Product, Distribution, Finance, Compliance, Legal, Risk, and Brand/Corporate Communications teams.

Job Requirements

  • University graduate plus a minimum of 8 years of work experience in bancassurance/insurance industry required

  • Mature, creative and business minded with excellent marketing skills

  • Strong project management and financial analytical skills, with excellent communication and relationship-building capabilities in dealing with stakeholders and vendors

  • Strong communication and writing skills in both Chinese and English is a must

  • Ability to handle multi-task in a fast-paced work environment and prioritize work assignments

  • Insurance product knowledge would be an advantage
