About The Role
The Year-End Tax Settlement Specialist is responsible for managing and executing the year-end tax settlement process for employees in
compliance with local tax regulations. This role ensures accurate tax calculations, efficient communication with employees, and timely reporting to
the HR department and relevant authorities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate the year-end tax settlement process, including gathering required employee documents and verifying their accuracy.
• Calculate tax adjustments and ensure compliance with government regulations.
• Prepare and submit necessary reports to tax authorities within deadlines.
• Communicate with employees to address inquiries and provide guidance on tax settlement procedures.
• Collaborate with the HR team to update policies and ensure alignment with organizational and legal requirements.
• Monitor changes in tax laws and recommend process improvements.
Reporting Line:
• Reports directly to the HR Department.
Qualifications:
• Strong understanding of local tax regulations and compliance requirements.
• Proficiency in payroll and tax settlement systems.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Experience in HR or finance-related roles is preferred.
